*All orders must be placed within five (5) hours of delivery to insure timely delivery.

*Orders placed under five (5) hours, will be considered "emergency" orders and subject to an additional fee.

*Customer will receive order confirmation from PINCHED upon receipt, without confirmation, do not assume request is in progress.

*Orders must be paid in full, prior to delivery.

*Delivery times and locations are limited. If last minute delivery instructions/changes are required, please call to insure.
*Orders may be cancelled within five (5) hours of delivery.

*PINCHED confirmation of cancellation request must be received for refund.

*A cancellation fee of $10 will be charged.
*All perishable items are final sale once order is confirmed.
